We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may prevent participants from joining a program. If you need to withdraw after enrolling, you may request a cancellation and refund as per the policy below.
Refund Schedule
- 100% refund for requests received 30 days or more before the program start date.
- 50% refund for requests received 15–29 days before the program start date.
- No refunds can be issued for requests received less than 15 days before the program start date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation, please email our office at [email protected] with:
- Participant name
- Program name
- Payment details
- Reason for withdrawal (optional)
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days of approval.
Program Cancellations by YLAC
If a program is postponed or cancelled by YLAC for any reason, participants will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- an option to retain their seat for the next cycle of the program.
