Dr. K.P. Krishnan served in the Indian Administrative Service for 37 years, holding senior positions across the Government of Karnataka, Government of India, and the World Bank. His roles included Secretary of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Secretary to the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council, and Additional Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance. Since retiring in 2019, he has held the prestigious Bok Visiting Professorship of Regulation at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is currently a Distinguished Fellow at the Isaac Centre for Public Policy, Ashoka University.

Radhika Bharat Ram is Joint Vice-Chairperson of The Shri Ram Schools, Delhi NCR, and a Board member of the SRF Foundation, where she has shaped education policy, teacher training, and school expansion across the NCR for over two decades. She is also the founder of the KARM Trust, which works on education and health support for girls and women from less privileged backgrounds, with the KARM Fellowship as its flagship initiative. Radhika is a trustee of the Ananta Aspen Centre, a board member of Teach For India, and co-chairs the CII National Education Council. She is a Founding member of the AVPN Asia Gender Network, supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, focused on improving outcomes for women and girls across Asia.

Keshav Suri is Executive Director at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and a prominent LGBTQIA+ rights advocate who played a pivotal role in the movement to decriminalize Section 377 in India, as a petitioner in the landmark Supreme Court case. He founded the Keshav Suri Foundation in 2018, whose mission is to embrace, empower, and mainstream the LGBTQIA+ community — providing employable skills, mental health support, and advocating for gender-neutral workplace policies. Under his leadership, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group has become one of India’s most recognised inclusive employers. Keshav also chairs the FICCI Task Force on Diversity and Inclusion.

Ajay Khanna is a pioneering figure in public policy, public affairs, and advocacy in India, with more than four decades of leadership at the intersection of government, business, and civil society. He co-founded the Public Affairs Forum of India (PAFI), which has grown into the country’s most respected institution for public affairs professionals, convening government, industry, civil society, and academia on issues central to India’s governance. He currently serves as Group Strategic Advisor and Ombudsperson at Jubilant Bhartia Group, Professor of Practice at the Indian School of Public Policy, and has been associated with the World Economic Forum for over three decades, regularly participating in its annual meeting in Davos.
