High School Achievers
The High School Achievers (HSA) is a one-of-a-kind leadership program for India’s most promising students to help them become active agents of change in society. It is a unique opportunity for students to broaden their perspective, build critical thinking skills, interact with thought leaders and hone their leadership potential. Modeled as a week-long bootcamp, HSA will run in Bengaluru and Delhi this year.
Duration: 1 full week during May & June, in-person
Focus: New Perspectives, Critical Thinking, Leadership
Eligibility: Grades 9th – 12th (including students going into 9th & graduating from 12th)

Young Researchers for Social Impact
The Young Researchers for Social Impact (YRSI) program is a month-long online engagement designed to immerse talented high school students in live research projects with YLAC’s partner organizations. Students are carefully selected, trained and mentored over a period of five weeks to build their capacity as critical thinkers and problem solvers. Projects concern contemporary issues in fields such as environment, gender, education, global health and governance.
Duration: 1 month in Jun – Jul; online weekend sessions
Focus: Social Science Research | Live Projects with NGO partners
Eligibility: 10th – 12th (including students going into 10th & graduating from 12th)
