Live projects for partner organisations allow our students to apply learnings from in-class sessions to solve real life problems and get hands-on experience. “Live” implies that the output of the project feeds into/ supports a larger ongoing campaign being pursued by the partner organisation. Projects are designed to be result-oriented, tightly managed, and supervised engagements with deliverables clearly laid down to ensure the most enriching experience for our students. Students are assigned to projects and organisations on the basis of their interests and existing skill sets.

At the end of these projects, debrief sessions are conducted with students to reflect on the challenges they faced, the tools they used, and the leadership qualities that were required and exhibited.
